Ingredients



- To prepare vegetables:

1 cup of cusa
1 yellow percussion
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
2 cups tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper

- To prepare the sauce:

cup olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dry syrup1 teaspoon salt
black pepper

- To prepare pastas:


1 pound of pasta

1/4  Parsley
